Shadow Cabinet
Performing together since 2008, Shadow Cabinet has become one of the premier live acts in Central Florida. They are widely considered to be the best 80s alternative band in Florida. The band specializes in danceable alternative from the 80s, 90s, and 00s. Inspired by The Cure, INXS, U2, Talking Heads, and the other great bands of the new wave explosion of the early MTV years, Shadow Cabinet delivers spot-on renditions of tunes that are fun and bring back memories. But it's not all music from the past. They also perform material from the 90s and 00s by artists such as Sublime, Dave Matthews, The Killers, Weezer, Coldplay, and Foster the People.
Recently they released their first recording, a 5-song EP. You can buy a copy now at any of the band's shows, but if that isn't possible you can download it from your favorite online music seller. The Annual Downtown Food & Wine Festival is back for its 12th appearance at Lake Eola! Enjoy over 30 of Orlando’s premier restaurants paired with over 50 wines from around the world while rocking out to live music! Neon Trees is the featured band on Saturday. The Fest is presented and produced by Entercom Radio, led by Orlando's favorites Mix 105.1, 1059 SUNNY FM, and FM 101.9.
